No live flowers are permitted inside the Masoleum, only artifical flowers.

Due to high winds on the cemetery grounds, please make sure that your decorations are properly secured. Knollwood Cemetery Association is not responsible for any decorations that may be lost or stolen.

Due to safety regulations glass, cans and any other foreign objects are not permitted to be used as a decoration or an anchor for your wreath and will be removed.

Knollwood Cemetery and Mausoleum are located in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. Knollwood has been serving the community with dignity and compassion for over 100 years. Knollwood Cemetery opened in late 1909, the first burial was in 1910, and has 96 acres of “in ground burial spaces” plus one of the largest Mausoleums in the State of Ohio. Floral Placement Service

Knollwood Cemetery now offers a Floral Placement Service.

Below is a list of the various options we provide throughout the year:

  1. Crypt and Niche flower bouquets for all four seasons
  2. In-ground vase flower bouquets for spring and summer months, As well as various wreathes for the winter months

To order floral bouquets you must have either an approved in ground vase or a vase installed on your niche or crypt plate.

Exact timing of your flower placement and the duration it will remain on the memorial is subject to cemetery rules and regulations.

We reserve the right to substitute an arrangement that is similar in color and style and is equal or greater in value to the arrangement selected.

Pre-Need

Pre-Arrangement is an option that is available to you at Knollwood Cemetery. By pre-arranging your needs you are giving peace of mind to your family members as well as making your wishes known. Another advantage of pre-arranging is the financial side. Once you pre-arrange your wishes and needs you are locked into today’s prices regardless of future increases. Veterans

Here at Knollwood Cemetery we would like to honor those who have served our country by having a special location dedicated to veterans. Our Veterans Columbarium is a wall designed to replicate the Vietnam Memorial in Washington D.C. This area is also intended to include Police, Fire and Civil Service Employees and their families. Cleveland Cemetery and Mausoleum

The Knollwood Mausoleum is one of the largest mausoleums in Ohio, containing over 7,000 full sized burials and houses the remains’ of a large cross section of Cleveland’s famous and wealthy families. The Knollwood Mausoleum contains an impressive collection of Tiffany stained glass windows that can be viewed by the public during normal mausoleum hours. With the marble construction and Tiffany stained glass windows, it’s quite a site to see.
